How to use SVG Blob Generator

Generate random organic blob shapes and export them as SVG, PNG or a React component. Adjust points, contrast, layers, gradient fill and outline style, and add an optional morph animation. Each shape comes from a seed number and is generated in your browser.

    1. 1

Click New blob, or press R or Space, until you like the shape. Earlier shapes stay under Recent blobs.

    2. 2

Under Shape, adjust Complexity, Contrast, Size and Layers.

    3. 3

Under Color, pick one of the Palettes or set a Solid or Gradient fill, and switch Style to Outline if you only want the edge.

    4. 4

Set the canvas Width and Height, turn on Background color if needed, and enable Morph animation for a moving shape.

    5. 5

Click Download SVG, or choose a PNG scale of 1×, 2× or 4× and click PNG. Copy SVG and Copy React put the code on your clipboard.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I get the same blob again later?

Yes. The shape comes from the Seed, so the same seed with the same settings always gives the same blob. Note the number and type it back into Seed.

    Is the background transparent?

Yes, by default. Turn on Background color only if you want a filled canvas.

Does the animation work in the exported file?

Morph animation uses SVG's built-in animate element, so it plays in the SVG and React exports without extra CSS or JavaScript. The PNG is always a still frame.

How do I use the blob in a React project?

Copy React gives you a component that returns the SVG and passes its props to the svg element, so you can add a className or style.

    Is anything uploaded?

No. Shapes are calculated and exported entirely in your browser.
