How to use SVG to JPG

Convert SVG files or pasted SVG code to JPG at any scale or exact size, on a background color you choose and with adjustable quality. Several files convert in one go, entirely in your browser.

    1. 1

Drop SVG or SVGZ files on the page, or paste SVG code and click Add SVG.

    2. 2

Under Output size, choose Scale (1× to 8× or a Custom scale), Width, Height or Exact.

    3. 3

Under Background, choose White, Black or Custom, and set Quality between 40 and 100.

    4. 4

Click Convert to JPG. A single file downloads right away; for several, use Download all (ZIP) under Converted images.

    Frequently asked questions

    Are my files uploaded?

No. Each SVG is drawn on a canvas in your browser and saved as JPG on your device.

    What happens to transparent areas?

JPG has no transparency, so they are filled with the background color you pick, white by default. Use SVG to PNG if you need a transparent background.

Which quality setting should I use?

The default of 92 keeps edges and text clean. Lower values give smaller files but add blur and blocky artifacts around sharp edges, which show quickly on flat graphics.

Should I convert my SVG to JPG or PNG?

Logos, icons and text usually look crisper, and are often smaller, as PNG. JPG suits SVGs with photos or rich gradients, or uploads that only accept JPG.

Why does the text look different?

Text is drawn with the fonts installed on your device, and missing fonts are replaced. Convert text to outlines in your design tool for an exact result.

How large can the JPG be?

Up to 16,384 px on a side and about 67 megapixels in total. Scale multiplies the size declared in the SVG's width and height, or its viewBox when those are missing.
