Crop photos in your browser, freely or to a fixed ratio such as 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 or 16:9, with presets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X and Facebook. Type exact pixel values when you need precision, and crop a batch with a separate box for each image.
Drop your images on the page or click to choose them; add several to crop a batch.
Under Aspect ratio, pick Free, Original, a preset such as 4:5 Instagram portrait, or Custom. The swap button next to the heading switches between landscape and portrait.
Drag the box to move it, drag a handle to resize it, or drag outside it to draw a new one. You can also type X, Y, Width and Height under Selection.
Optional: turn on Resize to exact size and set Output width. Platform presets fill in the recommended width, such as 1080 px.
Choose the output Format and click Apply and download, or Apply to N images for a batch.
No. Cropping happens in your browser, and your images never leave your device.
Add all the images and pick a ratio. Each one gets the largest centered crop of that ratio; click a thumbnail to adjust its box, which is remembered per image. Choosing a different ratio re-centers every image.
Pick 4:5 Instagram portrait, then turn on Resize to exact size. Output width is set to 1080 px and the height follows the ratio, so every crop comes out at 1080 × 1350.
Yes. Click the box and use the arrow keys to nudge it by 1 px, or Shift + arrow for 10 px. The Selection fields use the original image's pixels, not the preview's.
No. The crop box is rectangular and stays inside the image. Use Shape Crop for circles and other shapes, or Square Image to place a picture on a larger square canvas.
The cropped area is copied pixel for pixel, but the file is re-encoded. PNG output is lossless; for JPG and WebP keep Quality high (the default is 90). An Output width larger than the crop enlarges it and makes it softer.
