    How to use Audio Equalizer

Shape the sound of audio files with a 10-band graphic equalizer from 31 Hz to 16 kHz. Start from a preset such as Bass boost or Vocal / podcast, compare with the original while it plays, and apply the same EQ to many files.

    1. 1

Drop one or more audio files on the page.

    2. 2

Pick a preset, or drag the band sliders (±12 dB each) and the Preamp; double-click a slider to reset it.

    3. 3

Press play and toggle Bypass (A/B) to compare with the original.

    4. 4

Keep Prevent clipping on, choose the output format, click Apply EQ, then Download.

    Frequently asked questions

    Which presets are included?

Flat, Bass boost, Treble boost, Vocal / podcast, Loudness, Radio, Classical, Electronic and Acoustic.

    What does Prevent clipping do?

Boosting bands can push peaks past full scale and distort. The tool measures the result and lowers the level just enough when needed.

Can I hear changes while I adjust?

Yes. The preview follows the sliders while it plays, and Bypass switches to the original for a quick A/B comparison.

Can an equalizer remove background noise?

Not really. An EQ changes the tonal balance; cutting a band can soften rumble or hiss in that range, but it is not a noise remover.

    Are my files uploaded?

No. The EQ is applied in your browser.
